Rapha Communities is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing social and public welfare by standing beside those who are too often overlooked—children, individuals with disabilities, families in crisis, and entire communities experiencing homelessness, poverty, or exclusion across Australia and Kenya.
Guided by compassion, inclusion, and diversity, we walk alongside the vulnerable to provide practical, person-centred support that empowers, heals, and uplifts. From disability and carer support, safe accommodation, and trauma-informed care, to youth empowerment, education sponsorships, and grassroots development projects, our work is shaped by a belief that every person deserves to live with dignity, hope, and belonging.
Whether it’s helping a child experiencing homelessness feel seen and celebrated, supporting a young girl in Kenya stay in school with access to sanitary care, or walking with a person living with disability toward greater independence and purpose—Rapha Communities exists to restore what was lost, build what’s possible, and include those left behind.
We are not just providing services. We are nurturing connection, sparking transformation, and creating a more compassionate world—one life, one family, one community at a time.
Our focus extends across key areas including disability support, safe and supported housing, community inclusion, and early intervention initiatives. Guided by a strong vision, we aim to build individual capacity, reduce social isolation, and foster vibrant, inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.
We are devoted to offering inclusive and compassionate residential care for vulnerable people both within Australia and overseas.
