We support children experiencing homelessness with birthday celebrations, sensory play, creative healing groups, and referral pathways to housing, education and wellbeing services.
We provide school meals through our Feeding Hope program, construct classrooms through Bricks for Bright Futures, deliver menstrual health support via Dignity for Girls, and run Sponsor a Future—an education sponsorship initiative for vulnerable children including those with disabilities.
Our projects also include Shamba Letu, Hatima Yetu (school-based gardens promoting food sustainability and skills training), as well as building inclusive education environments for children with disabilities who are often marginalised.
At Rapha Communities, our community impact projects reflect our deep commitment to restoring dignity, building opportunity and creating inclusive spaces for those most in need. These initiatives are more than just programs. They are lifelines of hope, designed to uplift children, empower families and support those who are often overlooked or forgotten.
From providing sanitary care and meals for school children in Kenya, to sponsoring education and creating accessible learning environments, each project is a step toward a more just and compassionate world. In Australia, we stand beside children experiencing homelessness, offering connection, safety and a path forward.
Every project is built on the belief that every person deserves the chance to thrive. Together, with your support, we are creating real and lasting change.
