At Rapha Communities, we believe that every person—regardless of background, ability, or circumstance—deserves a life filled with dignity, belonging, and opportunity.
As a registered not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to advancing social and public welfare by supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families in Australia and Kenya.
Our work focuses on breaking cycles of poverty, exclusion, and disadvantage. We walk alongside those often left behind: children experiencing homelessness, people with disabilities, young girls from marginalised communities, multicultural and refugee children, and families in crisis.
From South Australia to the villages of Kenya, our initiatives include:
- Capacity building and skill development for people with disabilities
- Safe accommodation for individuals and families in need
- Dignity care packs and menstrual hygiene support for schoolgirls
- Peer support networks for CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities
- Community education and outreach to break stigma and promote inclusion
- Sponsorships and education support for children facing economic and social barriers
- School gardens and feeding programs to build resilience and food security
